Camp Illawonga is near Swan Reach on the Murray River, approximately a two-hour drive from Adelaide. The Illawonga property consists of the campsite,
a large river frontage ideal for all sorts of water sports, and an 1800-acre Mallee reserve.

The property has dorm accommodation, camping, solo camping and more.

Beyond the Classroom commenced management of the property in July 2023, and are renovating the property. Photos will be updated as the facility is transformed! Watch this space.

With exclusive access to 800 metres of river frontage, there are multiple campsites available. The 1800-acre Mallee reserve also has a purpose-built solo camping
area set up for journeys.

The camp has a dining hall and a recreation room
featuring table tennis, and games.

Accommodation is provided for up to 64 people in seven air-conditioned sleeping areas: two rooms of
18 beds, a separate air-conditioned
8-bed cabin, and four air-conditioned five-bedrooms.
